Wishlist Wednesday

Wishlist Wednesday is a weekly post put on by Dani at the Pen to Paper blog. Where you post a book you really really want to read or one that has been on your wishlist! If you've seen my to-read list on Goodreads then you know there are plenty that I could use. So I decided to use this feature every Wednesday.

Goodreads Summary:
The critically acclaimed, bestselling novel from Gayle Forman, author of Where She Went, Just One Day, and the forthcoming Just One Year.

On a day that started like any other,

Mia had everything: a loving family, a gorgeous, admiring boyfriend, and a bright future full of music and full of choices. In an instant, almost all of that is taken from her. Caught between life and death, between a happy past and an unknowable future, Mia spends one critical day contemplating the only decision she has left. It is the most important decision she'll ever make.

Simultaneously tragic and hopeful, this is a romantic, riveting, and ultimately uplifting story about memory, music, living, dying, loving.

My Thoughts:
To be honest, I was worried about this book. It sounded sad and after The Fault in Our Stars I wasn't sure if I wanted to read it. Then I saw the movie trailer yesterday aaaaaand I really want to read it. I know that's backwards. Seeing the movie trailer and then wanting to read a book but, I will be getting it on my next bookstore trip :)

  1. Oh, I'm definitely planning to read this one before the movie comes out! I picked up a copy last year after reading Just One Day... I also saw the movie trailer last week (which was so sad!) and I've got to read it! We'll have to compare notes!

  3. I really need to read the book before I go and see the film. The trailer looks amazing (which I saw just before seeing TFIOS). I hope you get to read it soon!

  4. This book was good, and that's coming from someone who doesn't usually like depressing YA contemporary books. It was written really well, and I hear that the sequel is just as good!

  5. I've seen this around and it does sound awesome! I don't think I'd read it because I don't like contemp but I hope you get it soon.
