My Review
I feel like I have been waiting for more of Declan and Amberlyn's story. With the way the first book ended how could I not!? Amberlyn is recuperating from the events of the last book. Now they have the added stress of also planning a wedding. I think it is safe to say that pretty early on Amberlyn's idea of a wedding was different then Declan's family. Despite the pressure, Amberlyn and Declan are very much in love. Even though their relationship has had some seriously rocky times already. It is blooming and growing into a love that one can only hope for. Every great love story has it's bumps in the road however. When the feelings of doubt start flowing will they be able to over come them?
Declan is a dream. I mean seriously. He time and time again puts himself out there for Amberlyn. He definitely proves himself and his love for her. I can't imagine how hard it would be to be having a whirlwind wedding and being pressured by your new in-laws! It can make planning your life and wedding that much harder and more stressful. Amberlyn is entering a world that is different from everything shes used to. Luckily for Amberlyn she has a pretty awesome guy to lead her through it. Even though she questions her decisions along the way. Lets be honest, they share some pretty steamy moments!! I mean...wow!
I love Toni Aleo's writing and Becoming the Whiskey Princess is just another example of her awesomeness! I really enjoyed this book and I am so glad I got to take part in the tour for it!
